Full Description:
The Bar CCC Cottonwood is the large multi-trunk tree at Bar CCC Park, located on the southwest corner of Mainstreet and Twenty Mile Road. It is a highly visible landmark in the Town of Parker, but unfortunately has multiple structural defects, increasing its likelihood of failure. This tree is approximately 110 years old and has had significant decay consistent with the species for several decades.
