Boots and Saddle is an inclusive therapeutic riding center offering summer camps and all year round indoor and outdoor horseback riding to all able-bodied and physcially and cognitively challenged persons ages 2.5+. This completely hands-on riding program encourages independent riding with NARHA certified instructors and extremely gentle well-trained horses. Participation in 4-H, creating individual horsemanship goals as well as having a great time with siblings and making new friends are what we are all about. Summer camps are beginning soon. Call for our super reasonable rates - $15.00 per person/per lesson for groups of 8 or more. $20 - 35 for semi private/ private. 8 week sessions. Family discounts apply. NEW! Ladies Riding Club lead by Douglas County's own 2003 Rodeo Queen Kelly Jebsen. Saddle Sisters teaches all the requirements of basic horsemanship and leadership training in a christian environment! Sign up fast - Sure to fill quickly! BEGINING JUNE! Moms (and Chicks without kids)! Woman who need a break from it all can come Sunday night @ 6:30 p.m. to watch the sunset on horseback and learn to ride with other novice riders and learn from adult mentors. Laughter, reflection and encouragment of one another - priority on making new cowgirl-friends! No horse necessary - we will provide at modest fee.
