Irvine will present on WrapArounD's philosophy on including families in their own process of identifying and creating solutions to a broad range of issues. WrapArounD is strength-based and family-focused; it was developed as a way to genererate cost-effective community solutions to keep kids from getting involved in the judicial system or being placed out of home.
